The house is on a corner, wedge shaped lot with two different parking levels.  The house is across the street from Illahee Public Dock with public access to the Puget Sound!!!
Illahee Waterfront Beach	Upstairs living area opens to Wrap-around deck
There are multiple entries for the house, but the front door leads into the living area on the top floor.  As you enter, you will also see the staircase leading to the downstairs area.	The deck is a wraparound deck, I can't emphasize that enough.  It is awesome.
The top floor entry leads directly to the living room which has a cozy sectional couch with a large screen TV with Comcast Cable. Wi-fi high speed internet access is also available.	The hot tub is located at the rear of the house on the deck just behind the kitchen area.
The fully stocked kitchen has a stove, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, refrigerator as well as the dining area and island that is open to the Living room.	From the living area, you can go to the master bedroom on the top floor via a hallway that also leads to the bathroom and laundry room (with full size washer and dryer).
This entire area is surrounded by majestic views of the Puget Sound (Bainbridge, Mt. Rainier, etc.) due to the wraparound deck with huge windows and a sliding glass door that leads to the deck.	The master bedroom is large and private with a walk-in closet.  It has an adjustable bed (leg and head raise with massage feature) with matching bedroom furnishings, as well as a TV and VCR.
A beautiful dining area is furnished with a large, dark wooden table. We also offer additional beds for use in the downstairs living area to accommodate larger gatherings.	The downstairs area has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large common area (which could be used as another bedroom and/or office).
The downstairs contains 3 bedroom areas: 1 King Bed 1 Queen futon bed 2 Twin beds Also, there is plenty of space for additional beds to be added (sleeping bags, air mattress) One bathroom downstairs. There are two exits to the outside from the downstairs area so as to have a private way to enter and exit for your various uses. King Bed area Bathroom with Standing Shower
